Synthesis and properties of new strongly basic fibrous anion exchangers

A synthesis method of new fibrous anion exchangers with strong base groups has been developed. The was carried out by alkylation weakly basic based on polyacrylonitrile fiber using two alkylating agents: epichlorohydrin and ethylene chlorohydrin. influence the reaction conditions physicochemical properties investigated. parameters were determined: molar ratio “amino groups: agent”, concentration agent, time temperature – to obtain maximum exchange capacity for groups. New strongly fibers possess satisfactory mechanical allowing their processing into various textile forms.
